Bio/CV: 

Zill-i-Ehsan is a development professional with interest in social, human and institutional development initiatives. He has a diverse working experience of more than 20 years in non-profit, social enterprise, learning & development, capacity building and education sectors. 

He has an extensive experience of partnership and stakeholder management, resource mobilization, and implementation and monitoring of child safe-guarding processes, with major contributions in the development of organizational policies and position statements on disability inclusiveness and human rights, and development of organization-wide communication, advocacy and education strategies. Zill has previously worked with Brien Holden Foundation, where he looked after various projects and programmatic activities related to children’s eye health. He was also one of the key members of the team that managed the global campaign on child eye health, launched by BHF. 

Before joining the eye health sector in 2013, he worked for several years in academics and training and development fields, as a teacher, and trainer. Zill-i-Ehsan holds post-graduate degree in information technology and certifications in business management and project management.
